The Pediatric Emergency Clinic
The Pediatric Emergency Clinic will occupy 2,000 sq ft on the entrance level of the Ashdod Emergency Medical Center. It will provide emergency care for all of the children and youth of Ashdod and environs, ages 0-18, who now must travel an average of more than forty minutes to receive emergency medical care. Those forty minutes can literally mean the difference between life and death.

Included in the Pediatric Emergency Clinic will be two treatment rooms, two physicians' examination rooms, and a play/study area. A dedicated bed will be used for resuscitation. A hi-tech computerized medication room will serve the Pediatric ER Clinic. Children and youth will receive a broad range of emergency medical services at the Pediatric Emergency Clinic.
