This grand four-story high entrance to the Medical Center will incorporate attractive architectural features. For example, it will be entirely encircled with four floors of overlooking balconies. Natural light will illuminate the Lobby by way of two immense panes of sheet glass walls. A bank of glass cylindrical elevators will be conveniently positioned for patients and their families in the center of the Lobby. A wave-shaped wall of matte finished aluminum will form the main interior wall, ascending the entire four-story height. This functionally efficient and aesthetically pleasing area will occupy 89 sq meters (950 sq ft) of floor space.

A cafe serving light refreshments will be available for relaxation and informal meetings. To honor those who founded and supported the establishment of the Ashdod Emergency Medical Center, a Plaque of Distinction will be raised and be on permanent display.
